Balkan drift pack v1.2

I am proud to present you a pack that has been worked on for the last 3 months.

New physics were added, some things were refined and fixed.

I hope that everyone will enjoy you in the pack and that we will see you soon on the server.

I would especially like to thank everyone who contributed to the creation of this pack, without them it wouldn't even exist

BDP V1.2 changelog:

• grip improvments on all cars
• inertia box fixed on all cars ( cars are more agresive in transitions)
• faster gear shifting
• Nissan R32 and Mitsubishi Evo have new engine sounds
• engine power are fixed on some cars
